Tim started his post-collegiate career in 1982, subsequently acquiring 35 years of experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas and Energy industries. Tim has worked in the capacity of Mechanical Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Managing Partner.
From 2000 through 2015, Tim acted as Managing Partner for the multi-disciplined engineering, design, and professional technical services firm TJ Cross Engineers, Inc. (TJ Cross). Tim concentrated on client satisfaction, operational improvements, risk mitigation, and controlled growth.
Duties also included the management / coordination of confidential or high visibility projects for specific clients. Prior to TJ Cross, Tim held positions with YEI Engineers, Inc. and Chevron Corporation.
Tim coordinated the sale of TJ Cross to Parsons Corporation, closing in March 2015. In April 2017, Tim became co-founder of Anacapa Engineering and Design, Inc.
